Join us for one of autumn's most exciting adventures – lobster fishing in the rich waters of the Kulla Peninsula! Together with our knowledgeable partners at Kullabergsguiderna, we invite you to an experience where nature, tradition, and taste come together in perfect harmony.

Starting October 18, right in the heart of the fishing season, we’ll embark on a RIB boat along the dramatic coastline of the Kulla Peninsula. Departing from the port of Mölle, we’ll head south into the Øresund, away from the marine reserve at Kullaberg, to fish sustainably and respectfully.

You’ll have the chance to spot lobster traps, help haul in the catch, and learn more about lobsters, crabs, and the history of the coast – all under the guidance of our passionate and experienced guides.

After a day filled with fresh sea air, stories, and authentic fishing adventure, a five-course tasting menu awaits in our Amber dining room, where the season’s finest ingredients take center stage.

Then, you’ll sleep soundly in one of our cozy double rooms, and in the morning, our manor-style breakfast will be ready for you.
