Forest bathing, or Shinrin Yoku as it’s called in Japanese, means "bathing in the forest" – not in water, but in the calm and presence of nature.

It’s a restorative experience where you consciously open your senses to the sounds, smells, colors, and stillness of the forest.
On Kullaberg’s magical trails, you’ll have the opportunity to breathe deeply, be still for a while, and let your thoughts rest.

Nature asks nothing of you – it only gives.

The package includes:

• Free access to the gym, billiards, and shuffleboard

For a deeper experience, you can upgrade your forest bath with a personal guide. During the walk, there will be short stops where you’ll gather new energy through qigong and meditation. A sleeping mat is included, and no prior knowledge is required.
